Connect with the most inspiring musical theatre makers in Europe
Austrian Music Theatre Day 2026
This year’s Austrian Music Theatre Day (AMD) focuses on a key musical theme: the use of the voice in musical theatre. This raises questions from a wide variety of perspectives
The AUSTRIAN MUSIC THEATRE DAY conference was launched in 2015 as part of the MUSIKTHEATERTAGE WIEN festival and has been held in partnership with mica – music austria/Austrian Music Export since 2018.
This event offers local musical theatre professionals opportunities to network and engage in professional dialogue with national and international organisers. Austrian producers and artists can present their work to international organisers in the form of pitches and establish personal contacts with them. Furthermore, it encourages networking within the national scene.
