Connect with the most inspiring musical theatre makers in Europe

The AUSTRIAN MUSIC THEATRE DAY was launched in 2015 as part of the MUSIC THEATRE DAYS VIENNA and has been organised in cooperation with mica - music austria/Austrian Music Export since 2018. The AMD offers space for professional exchange with national and international organisersand for presentations of works and projects by artists based in Austria.

AUSTRIAN MUSIC THEATRE DAY 2024

In cooperation with mica - music austria/ Austrian Music Export, this conference offers local music theatre professionals networking opportunities and professional exchange with national and international organisers. In 2024, the AMD invites you to take part in discussions and contributions on the topic of "Ecological Sustainability", which will shed light on ecological "awareness" in production and in the content of new music theatre. In addition to discursive formats, current and upcoming projects and productions will be presented.
